I've been asked to quote a job on developing hardware and mobile app for a construction equipment manufacturer.
The hardware will be developed separately, so I am Looking to get quotes on the mobile app to pair with the sensor box over Bluetooth LE and manage data collected from a 3 axis accelerometer to compare construction equipment vibrations during operating conditions. The App will be primarily used by customers to do their own initial testing before needing to call a service technician.
The scope of the project includes:
Hardware Interfacing
3 axis accelerometer with a Bluetooth LE module to stream live data to the app.
Will be measuring vibration from construction machinery. XYZ magnitude.
Enclosed in waterproof housing
Mobile IOS/Android App
Interface with the hardware.
Convert accelerometer's data to readable figures and graphic representations
Log data values for reporting.
QR Scanner to scan a sticker on the machine and load baseline data for the machine model for comparison.
will also pull relevant data like user manuals, parts lists, and maintenance schedules.
Web Interface
The app will need to pull data from an online database maintainable by the client.
A simple GUI will be needed to add machine data and keep the database up to date.
