.I want someone who can develop for me a social network which will be available for Desktop(Responsive website) + ipad and all tablets + iPhone and Android application.
This social network will include the following features:
*User Profile page
*Chat
*Photo Gallery
*Video Gallery (video will be hosted at a external video provider for bandwidth purpose)
*Geolocalisation (For people)
*An algorithm to rank users using a points
*A way to access our appreciation of content posted by other users
*An administrative mode to remove offensive content
*Support of many language (en, fr, etc..) We will provide translation if required
The social network will need to be able to support a large volume of users at the same time.
The look needs to be elegant because our target market are young successful people. Of course we will be able to guide you with the design we know precisely what we are looking for.
I would like to know what will be the budget and calendar time necessary for you to complete such a project. What language used for development, etc.
