I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. I have never developed an app before or know the first thing about doing so, but I do have an idea for an app that I can think would be great, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this. But I do need help with more than just building the app, I also need help with the legality of things and what licenses I might need.
