for Technical programmers: Your work will include: Programming product features using Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL and Eclipse. Programming the front-end using Javascript libraries and CSS3. He should be well prepared to handle front-end and back-end of the app.
