Background app that listens for incoming messages from a server either over wifi or telephone wireless and initiates a phone call using a phone number parameter in the incoming message.
We can configure the server to deliver the call request and phone number in any format.
We are open to suggestions as to how to connect the server and transmit the data. Immediate response is essential. The phone must dial withing 2 to 3 seconds of receiving the incoming trigger.
An iPhone port will also be required as a separate project.
