Adobe Flex - Google Maps integration into flex android app and also possible Augmented Reality

I'm building an android application in Adobe Flex, and we have some pages which display a business location, where we want to display the map of the location.
Basically:
-google maps interface similar to an iframe but obviously not. where we copy the bar location from there google maps paste in the code the developer does then edit the location code etc.
-We will have to do that for say 4 bars, but each will be the same code obviously, we will just change the google maps reference

If you can do that. We also want the following done, if possible, and as basic as possible: Augmented reality (AR)
you can use FLar frame work or something similar, its up to you.
-this has to have a flash animation (say the bar logo) spinning around in a circle or something fixed on the compass and tilt (accelerometer) position incorportated with GPS for fine location and cell towers for rough location.
-I have the premissions set up in the app already so its really we need the code to be done which is marked where we copy in our embedded flash logos for the ria aspect of the augmented Reality.
Then we need a mini radar on the top right which has the bars marked and used the compass to move around also etc.
then the data for the AR and the bars can be an FX object, no point in using XML.

I just want the basics, so I want this project done as cheap as possibly, it shouldnt be hard work at all for anyone skilled in flex! It is a quick project and I will need it done quickly as possible! Thanks
Im looking for a small budget here.
Lets leave out the AR AUgmented Reality for the moment. I just want the flex code to allow me to embed a google map on some of the pages. This is really simple, surely someone with Flex must know how to do this? Make a reasonable offer, I am on a tight budget.
