I'm looking to have a charcoal smoker grill designed with the capacity to hold at least 2 kg of meat. My preference is for a traditional design, but I'm open to suggestions for customizing the design. The smoker grill should have a secure lid and should be designed to retain heat and smoke for long periods of time. It should also have easy-to-clean surfaces. I am looking for a design that is of the highest quality that can stand up to the elements. Finally, safety should be taken into consideration when designing the smoker grill.
