Two questions about standard error

I have the performance of a machine learning classifier calculated using 1-sample cross validation. So I trained the classifier with 9 out of 10 runs and tested with the remaining one and repeated the procedure with the other ones. So I have 10 values of performance for my classifier. I will report the mean performance of the classifier, but, is it correct to calculate the standard error by simply dividing the standard deviation of the 10 estimates by sqr of 10?
If not, what is the formula I should use?
