Myself and a partner started a company in 2014, we were behind rent and end of 2016 went to court on a judgement to clear arrears by end of Jan 2017, unfortunately the company closed mid Jan 2017. The landlord has come after us personally saying the property rented by us personally and trying to make be bankrupt. Applied to be set aside stating that although the notice of deed just lists the 2 company directors and not the company name that the lease always was under the company (HOT, email exchanges, we paid a higher deposit of 6 months as it was a new business etc), set aside refused stating will not review whether original judgment valid.

Panicking and not sure what I can do?
