LANDSCAPING ARCHITECT & DESIGNER:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Seeking an experienced landscaping architect / designer for renovation of exterior space.
DELIVERABLES:
• Advice and 3 proposals on layout, arrangement and design of garden. These proposals should include options of:
a) Types of scrubs, plants, flowers & trees (focus on immediate impact of privacy, temperature resistance & low maintenance)
b) Change of slope to a maximum of 35%
c) Pond & waterfall installation
d) Stairs options & integration
e) Terrace and materials options (low maintenance)
f) Children’s play area & trampoline
g) Kitchen garden
h) Rainwater harvesting solutions
i) Outside fire place installation
j) Winter heating installation
k) Various types of suitable balcony railings
l) Proposals on the set up of lighting throughout the garden
m) Solar solutions
• Accurate detailed plans of the exterior (slope/ all levels) in 2D and 3D drawings & MPP including BOQ & WBS.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Knowledge of plantation & vegetation is a MUST!
• Extensive experience in landscape architecture & garden design
• Design/ 2D& 3D drawing skills: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop e.g.
• Creative skills

• Models exterior space in ArchiCad & Artlantis
• Plans of the house
• Renderings
