Develop iPhone Application based on a Joomla component

I would like to create an iPhone application for HotTalkLA.com. It would be based on a pre-existing Joomla component called Deluxe MP3 at [login to view URL]:
[login to view URL];category_id=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=70
It would have the same functionality as the MP3 Player noted above with a repository of content on the [login to view URL] site which the player would feed of and play through an iPhone.
The site is in development at current time. Launch is October 31st. Would consider an application revenue share agreement between the online station and the app. developer(s).
