IPAD app that is a wrapper for our mobile site

We have a donation website created at [url removed, login to view] We already have a mobile site created you can go there on your phone, now we want an app made for the ipod that can act as a wrapper for our mobile site. (ie. We won’t re-make all the functionality in the app, instead we will just have our website show up in the app. I have some screen shots attached.
1. Would be a wrapper for our mobile site (users stays in app, but app loads mobile site)
2. All paths would lead to our mobile site
3. App will need to give 3 different routes / buttons that lead to mobile site
4. User will need to enter a password when switching between the 3 routes
5. App will need to store password and current mode (not website)
a. The wrapper of course would need to send that info in the post or something.
Please note, we will most likely only work with a USA developer
