100 High quality backlinks from PR1+ landing page needed

Please read carefully. This may turn into long-term relationship, if you do honest manual hard work that is required for this project.

We need 150 Google PR2+ & Alexa within 250,000 US/UK based websites manual relevant backlinks. 3- 10 per day. They keywords relate to fashion jewelries, all the backlinks must be on the relevant websites, i.e. fashion, lifestyle, etc. We will not accept links from unrelated sites

We are looking for someone who has experience in doing manual backlinking from relevant sites. 
This means you take the time to do proper Google searches for the specific keywords we are targeting. If you have done manual style backlinking before you know this can take some time to find pages to post on. The payment will be released at the end of the project.

The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted AND will NOT BE PAID FOR. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following guidelines:

• We need permanent, one-way, US/UK-based relevant manual backlinks with Google PR2+ and Alexa rank within 250,000.

• No milestone payments will be issued. The payment will be issued upon completion of the project.

• No articles or article directories. We are not looking for article submissions.

• We require white hat techniques only. Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics.

• Sites have to be 3 years old at least.

• Back link pages must relate to our site topic.

• Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)

• No subdomains, back links must be on a www.

• Links must be from English language websites only.

• Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.

• Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.

• Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

• Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

• No link farms, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites.

• We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

• Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.

• Reports must be submitted to us daily.

• Question and answer sites related to topic. You should know how to do blog commenting using anchor text or how to create profiles on popular websites that allow anchor text in the description.

• Links must be in text, no graphics.

• You must provide a detailed Excel file each day with the following columns:

A) URL of website being linked from

B) URL of website being linked to

C) Page Rank of webpage being linked from

F) ANCHOR TEXT USED FOR BACKLINK

Please write "I read the ad" at the beginning of your application so I know you're able to follow directions.

If I interview you I will give you the website and ask for you to create one (1) backlink during the interview process to show that you can do this. If you are not willing to do 1 link for free, do not apply.

NOT ALLOWED:

- No links from profiles.

- No black hat and other unethical SEO. spam techniques. Only ethical work will be accepted.

- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text

- No [url removed, login to view] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites

- No use of automated software or bots!

- NO PING SITES.

- No links from under construction pages.

- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
