Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I'm looking for individuals that have experience in PPC marketing mainly with adwords/bing network (facebook is a plus).
These individuals should know how to set up and manage campaigns as well as monetizing them correctly. You should know how to set up and manage third party tracking and also be experienced with buying mobile traffic.
My goal is to find a group of people who can promote PAY PER CALL offers. The opportunity is great as we will let you manage large budgets upon success as well as make bonuses.
When applying please be specific about your back ground as a marketer and examples of prior campaigns you have managed/started. We will supply you with fresh adwords accounts and a budget to get you started along with the tools you need for creative / design / tracking etc.
