I need someone who is capable to scrap data from the "[url removed, login to view]" site for stocks & options data.

This person nees to have the following skills:
- Visual Studio 15 (.NET)
- Xmlparsers ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view])
- HTMLAGILITYPACK: [url removed, login to view]
- XML Path Language (XPath)
- C# Programming (writing a console output)
- Expert on Web Scraping , but more important -> how to Modify/Manipulate the data.
The project is pretty simple and can be done within an hour if you know what you are doing.

Certain files from need to be updated in the directory : OOServerUS

To start I want the [url removed, login to view] file to be updated with HTMLAGILITYPACK USING XPATH in place of the default XMLparser.
Here is the file to need to be updated:

The project should contains an "[url removed, login to view] Output" in visual studio that shows the stock quotes and option chains data for testing purposes.
When running the OptionsOracle Program in debug mode (visual studio) the data should be working fine which I will test by myself in cooperation with you.
DELIVER SUMMARY:
- A compiled "[url removed, login to view]" executable file with the DLLs files included.
- Source files (compatible with visual studio 2015)
