1. To convert a provided template into a fully functioning website as per the link below:

2. The website must be usable on DotNetNuke CMS (with module segregation)
3. To develop a secure encrypted login system with additional login options for Facebook and Google+ (Based on C#)
4. To develop a system that is similar to [url removed, login to view] for project requests and bidders (Based on C#)
5. To allow two different account creation: User or Dealer with email verification
6. The site should be responsive to the screen size & have a mobile webpage
7. Setup a payment page with PayPal system integrated
8. Site will be created on localhost and the source code provided to us after completion.
