We are a contracting firm focusing in construction, renovation, and rentals. We are currently in search of a web developer to create a sleek addition to our website, in addition to an entirely new site.
Our current website features a tab key at the top in which we would like you to add 2 new tabs, one of which will lead to a landing page you will design to be sleek, futuristic, and very different from the rest of our site, (This page will offer information and pictures on all units currently available, split by available, unavailable, or in progress with editable date options) and a second tab featuring the logo of of a new venture (a Philadelphia hotel) that when clicked redirects to its respective site, which we would like you to design from scratch. Our current "projects" page only allows images of the rentals, and this is the specific aspect we would like to build out. We want technical options within this page such as options of filtering by building types, date range (and auto updated availability,) and more.
The hotel is a small luxury downtown Philadelphia hotel with a modern/industrial boutique feel with 24 rooms and a focus on nature and art, and the site must be beyond professional and luxurious.
