Hi, i need someone to make me a spinning wheel to be "played" after completing a google form i have, it must work without flash to be able to use with apple products. The user will click on a button and the spinning wheel will land on some prize. It will have many options but one is a big prize, but i want that the spinning wheel doesn't land on that prize until maybe 3000 spins, i will define this later.
It must have good design as well as sounds for when the wheel is spinning and if it lands on a prize make an animation with great sound effects (vegas style).
Something like this
