remodel and existing website

I have a existing site: [login to view URL] which I'm not happy with. It has junk links to unrelated sites hidden in the template and it is generally unsatisfactory. I want a CLEAN - no junk links - template with consistent graphics pertinent to the subject matter.
I wish to model or replicate this site [login to view URL] Alternatively, this site: [login to view URL] and its accompanying news site: [login to view URL] are also worthy of emulation.
Please advise of costs and timelines. Pls also include links to other sites you've built for other clients. Hosting will be provided by me using my existing domain server. Administration access to my existing site will also be provided to the chosen supplier.
