I need a new website

I want to develop a website that offers EVENT MARKETING AND PROMOTION SOLUTIONS through:

WHEN you submit or register your events on our website, we'll publish everywhere else by automatically filling out forms on event websites. We help users gain more visibility by submitting their upcoming event to BLOGS/ LISTING SITES/ automatically.  Users can include video, flier and press release in their listing or just fill out the listing form

Users can create an event page to LIST their upcoming events on our websites for FREE but with limited REACH. Their events will be published free on our website,  to enjoy more reach, they will need to upgrade their free account.

There will be 3 PAID plans each offering different packages.

During registrations,  user will decide the appropriate category for their event, this category will then help us decide which of out publishing platfo4ms or partners will be the most suitable.
