Help assembling a wordpress site

I'm trying to build my own wordpress site which is a woman-to-woman knowledgebase and sharing site, as well as social community (that's the short story). since I have minimal budget as I'm unemployed, I've done a bunch by myself - I have lots of modules and plugins installed but am having a hard time making everything work together. It's just taking me too long to watch tutorials on how to do everything. My site essentially needs to manage content by category, will offer mostly free content imbedded from youtube, or just linked to my youtube channel, then there will be member only content (for women only), and premium paid content. I also want to have a way to solicit for content and give members a way to upload videos to me. I also need to tie in mailchimp for building subscriptions and determine the best forum software to purchase and tie-in as well. I know this is a bigger project than I can afford but hoping SOMEONE can help me with at least a few pieces to get me going.
