Fix my Youtube thumbnail image, so that it shows

I just uploaded a Youtube video, and I cannot get the thumbnail to show.
It is a very bad experience on the landing page where I'm using it as a background - it shows the error screen before the video loads, and on mobile only shows the error screen.
