We provide Electronic Health Records software to patients by partnering with various Clinics. We are planning to develop a brochure to show to physicians when we go and pitch for partnership. The target people are physicians with small to medium clinics / hospitals. The brochure should be maximum of 4 pages (A4 size max.), capture details of product, value proposition to doctors & patients. Detailed value proposition is in the attached text file.

Content also to be developed by the designer as we only have bullet points on the value proposition. It is important to choose apt words in the brochure by the designer. No plagiarism please.. Payment against satisfactory design only - Can't pay advance. You can e-mail low resolution brochure / brochure with watermark. After satisfactory design, we will pay for full design.
