Transfer joomla site to wordpress

We have three websites, a central one called [url removed, login to view] which then branches into one site focusing on naturopathy ([url removed, login to view]) and one focusing on acupuncture ([url removed, login to view]). [We have to do this due to Australian regulations about not having testimonials on any site advertising acupuncture].
[url removed, login to view] has been updated to a wordpress site but [url removed, login to view] is on joomla and is starting to look outdated. I'm sure there are great joomla sites out there but I prefer the wordpress interface and would like to have [url removed, login to view] transferred to wordpress as well.
Seeing as [url removed, login to view] is a sister site to [url removed, login to view], I would like them to look similar but also be easily distinguised from each other. I'm not sure how to do this. The naturopathy one has green as a feature colour but not on the front page. I was thinking the acupuncture one could have blue as it's feature colour. However, something is needed on the front page to distinguish one from the other. I don't mind a different front page if someone has a radical redesign idea.
I'm also open to redesigning [url removed, login to view] to fit in with the other two, if you want to consider this as well as part of the thinking process. Will post as a separate job though since it's optional and I haven't fully decided yet. But if you come up with a good idea then you can have that job too,
