Hi there - I need help to convert a print publication to EPUB format. The files are in InDesign. There are about 122 pages.

I need the EPUB files to be:

* Cross-browser settings

* Can be read on iPad, smartphone, laptop, mac, pc, desktop, etc

* Table of Contents pages clickable

* Reference links hyperlinked

Need the files done by Sept 5 if possible.

Please submit some samples and a reasonable quote please. More work if job done well.

In-citation links hyperlinked to its specific links on the reference pages.
