Background:

We are building an online service for encouraging leisure book reading in kids. The initial idea has been developed based on various interactions with parents, educators and child psychologists. For more details, please visit www. vivliosyn.com.

The target customers are parents of children in the age ranges 7yrs to 17 yrs. We have identified three problems that hinder parents' efforts to develop lasting books reading habit in their children. These are:

• Book Selection - Which books should I get from my child?

• Book Availability- How and from where do I get these books for my child?

• Encourage reading - How do I encourage my child to actually spend the time to read the book?

Our service addresses these three problems by:

• Creating an age-appropriate customized book collection for each child

• Door step delivery of books

• Live mentoring sessions for children by qualified and trained personnel. Sessions can be scheduled by parents / kids

At this stage, we are developing the framework for actually providing this service.

What we want:

We want to test if enough potential exists for the service. To do this, we have developed a very basic landing page MVP that allows for parents to sign-up for the service. The landing page is only meant to conduct a market test that helps us in understanding if adequate numbers show interest in the service. Once successfully tested, we will move on to creating the actual web application.

Your Task:

To develop and run a very short period digital marketing campaign with the following objectives:

• To maximize the signups on the landing page. At least 50 signups in two weeks.

• To measure the cost of acquisition for each signup

• To measure the relative importance of the three problems mentioned in the first para

• To obtain basic feedback from parents regarding the service (perhaps a small survey)

Targeted ads using FB and Google. These market tests will run on a small budget over a period of a few days only. The test will be considered successful if we acquisition number is 50. Acquisition will be defined as potential customers providing email, name, child’s age and city on the landing page. Tests will be run only for specific cities – Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Proven track record of generating leads via online with real examples.

Bios of who is working on our MVP and why they are qualified

Clear "deliverables" that you outline that I get at the end of the project and when I get them.
