Flash website - add 1 more page and scale buttons

hi, i have a website dermaformulae dot com and have the fla file. i need someone to add 1 more menu page, with button, beside CONTACT US on the left. So you will need to scale the buttons proportionately otherwise the new button will not fit. New button will be called Francise / Business Opportunities and a new page will show, same layout as Contact Us, but with a scroll bar text box.
