Video Touch-Up and conversion from MOV to SWF

We have 11 recently-produced videos (approximately one minute in length each, MOV files) that need minor touch-ups. Specifically, 3 need a small piece of wall changed from white to yellow (as rest of wall), and 3-4 need a piece of tape removed (shown for a very brief time on the videos).
Next, we need all 11 MOV files (40 MB to approx 110 MB) to be converted to SWF for inclusion in our website. We do NOT want to lose any video quality in the process. Also, the flash file needs to have player controls self-contained within the file.
