Flash converted to XML-driven Flash

I have a flash animation that references statically named files from an external source in its actionscript, and had text embedded (1 video, 5 images) but the . I need to convert it into a flash that looks the same but is XML driven so that the people building my CMS can allow those images, video and text to be swapped out at will.
Sorry about the incomplete sentences above. Weird quirk when I posted, I guess. To be more precise, the tricky part is the timing of the video frame, which will display for the length of the video before moving on to the next slide. Also, to be clear, the text, video, and images all need to appear the way they do in the existing flash, but be controlled by XML. I will provide FLA, video Files, and images, text is in the existing FLA.
You can see the existing flash at http://www.metazai.com/sample01/ This has no preloaders, and the video is in mpg format, so it's going to take a few refreshes to load properly. Note the navigation circles in the bottom center, as well.
