VBA Pro for Automated SuccessFactors and other Reports

I need a seasoned professional with advanced knowledge of VBA who can support in designing automated Excel spreadsheets from different SuccessFactors reports. The specific reports of interest are Employee Performance Reviews, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Central, and Recurring Pay Reports. The spreadsheets should incorporate:
- Automatic data import, reducing the time I spend on repetitive tasks.
- Intelligent calculation formulas for efficient data computation.
- Creative data visualization methods that make analysis quicker and easier.
Ideal candidates would be those with a track record of designing complex automated spreadsheets, specifically for HR analytics drawn from SuccessFactors or similar platforms. Experience dealing with confidential HR data and understanding of HR metrics is a must. Fluency in English and great communication skills are also required as you'll need to understand my needs and preferences.
