I need a tool in Excel/VB/Macro to download PDF files from a server to my desktop

I have to download everyday +- 3000 invoices (PDF files) from a server to my computer. I already have this task semi-automated in an Excel macro, but I want to do it easier. I need a tool (also in Excel/VB/Macro) where:

- I'll write the day, month and year

- I'll write the first invoice number and last invoice number that I want your tool to search

- I'll hit a button "START" and your tool will search and download to my computer every invoices from that range that were issued on that specific day from an specific URL.

The URL for these files is a standard URL. It's always an URL like this:

The only part that changes is day, month, year and invoice number.

Example: if I want to download any available invoices between numbers 5000 and 10000 that were issued on February 3rd 2024, I'll write:

- 03/02/2024

- 5000

- 10000

And your tool will search and download any available invoices from 5000 to 10000 that was issued on that specific date, like this:

It would be a plus if your tool generate a TXT log file at the end, saying if each invoice was downloaded or not downloaded.
