Re-format a CSV to XLS with the given columns

I have a CSV with about 25k rows. I need the data from the CSV, JSON or XML in an XLS, well organized in columns (where every column will have a title in first row). The issue I'm facing when trying to open the CSV as a XLS organized by columns is that I'm not able to correctly config. the separators, so it doesn't show the content as it should (it shows several fields in single cells).
The data will be provided once you have been accepted for the project. You'll need to delete all the data once the project has been successfully completed. You can't share the data.
