e. software will then print a nice estimate out for the customer. Our company will be able to choose what items are displayed on the screen. We may show prices but not part numbers, we may show labor total price but not number of hours.

SOFTWARE STRUCTURE

Customer will call and request a repair of their equipment based on manufacturer information.

Customer information will be entered

Equipment information will be entered

System will generate a quote number:

Customer history listed number, date, and dollar amount of quote.

Based on the repair desires, our staff will enter a repair number which lists out all repair parts, labor, and additional charges

software will then print a nice estimate out for the customer. Our company will be able to choose what items are displayed on the estimate both printed and emailed for the customer. We may show prices but not part numbers, we may show labor total price but not number of hours.

System will track quote based on statuses.

Auto emails to send customer/salesman reminders to follow up with customer.

Quote days count down till closed

Close date on quote. Quote will automatically close after a certain number of days. Quote can only be reactivated with management

approval.

I must be able to globally update information:

Increase prices by % for parts and labor

Program can be web based or other but needs to be windows compliant.

Must also be able to connect with outlook for email and information to exchange

The software must be proprietary and I own it.

System needs to be able to import part numbers and price menus from manufacturers.

System must not allow duplicates

System must not allow false information. Control over who can add manufactuers and you can only add jobs for recognized manufactuerers.

Report on number quotes opened per sales person

Status of quotes

Volume or total sales dollars of quoted versus sold.

Qualified person or company will provide a presentation.

Qualified person or company will show other work they have performed.

Software mockup or small demo will be shown
