We are renting out two properties at Zvezdara, Belgrade. We, the owners, are not around.

Person who used to meet guests, clean up after and before guests, provide local assistance, an in short - manage the property, isn't available any more for the job.

For instance, if tap needs fixing, this person organises this on the site and reports us back with photos, receipts, invoices etc.

Or for instance, if guests need some assistance - don't know how to turn on heating or how to use washing machine.

Or for instance guests are leaving - check if anything broken or damaged (if yes, send detail photos over Viber or email, organise cleaning and repair once owner approves...), check the status of bed linen, towels, toiletries and kitchen basic supplies.

Speaking English language is mandatory, speaking other languages is desirable.

Email skills are required, use of smart phone. For instance, take a photo or record a video and send it to owners.

Being local to Zvezdara is required.

Payments would be done on effort and time basis.
