I am looking to create a testicle cooling device. Please see this for reference:

I need to be able to wear it all day. I plan on wearing it basically all day with small breaks for showering and stuff like that. If we have to make 2 copies of it in order to achieve this desired use time, that's fine. I can go to the bathroom and swap it out if needed, but the main requirement is that I have cooling 24 hours a day.
It needs to be discreet and mobile. Again, I am going to wear it allday including at my job which is a blue collar job that requires everything from bending, lifting, standing, and more. That's why it needs to be like the model listed above, instead of a fan-based device that would create sound and be bulky.
I have bi-lateral varicoceles with 3 failed surgeries. Surgical repair is no longer an option. Because of my varicoceles, I have bad sperm quality due to the varicoceles overheating my testicles and more.
Fertile sperm tempature is about 93 degrees farenheight. Without any cooling, my testicles range from 96-97.5 farenheight on average. Therefore, the device needs to lower my testicle temptature 4-6 degrees farenheight.
This product is for personal use to (hopefully) cure my infertility. If you decide to make more and sell them, i'm all for it. Actually, i'd probably be a repeat customer as the years go by.

United States engineer preferred, or an enginner with knowledge of their countries customs process and is CONFIDENT that this device will not be held up in customs. This is my second attempt at this project, as the first attempt ended up wasting time and money after reaching a dead end because Sri Lanka customs decided to not let the engineer ship the device.
