Electric circuit design for Solar Charging station

An electrical engineer is required to design/create the electrical circuitry for a Solar-powered charging station for electric vehicles. The charging station will include the following components:
1. Charging points for sedans and SUVs
2. Battery swapping machine (modular)
3. Solar panels

5. Minimart, bathrooms, (all powered by the solar panels)
6. Power distribution room
7. Maintenance workshop
8. Car wash
9. Rest area with charging status display
10. Charging points for electric buses
11. In-compound street lights

The charging stations are divided into two categories based on size:
1. Large
2. Medium
1. Large charging station contains:
(i) 2 car wash systems; (ii) parking and charging accommodation for 25 cars and 3 buses;
(iii) 5 bathrooms; (iv) 2 battery swappers.
2. Medium charging station contains:
(i) 1 car wash (ii) parking and charging accommodation for 10 cars and 1 bus; (iii) one battery swapper; (iv) 2 bathrooms
Power Specifications:
We are using the charging station to charge electric vehicles with the following specifications
1. Battery pack: 47.6 and 47.1 kWh

3. Battery pack for E-bus: 81.2kWh
4. Charging Device for E-bus: Input voltage: AC 304v-456V; output power: DC 200W-750W; Output current: 600A; IP grade: IP54
The freelancer is required to design the circuitry for the charging stations, including all necessary equipment required for the optimal functioning of the circuitry. This should include transformers, inverters, reactive power compensation and harmonic control devices. He/She should calculate and specify the power requirements for the circuit.
