Prospect for new clients calling Expireds listings/For Sale by Owner (FSBOs)
Just Listed / Just Sold
Practice call scripts
Conduct Lead Follow-up to obtain appointments
Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
