Expert Web Researcher Require for Ongoing Projects

We have an urgent requirement now. We are a reputed Company based in IND, and I am the Hiring Manager. We are new to this Freelancer.com, but we are already a very reputed Client on Elance. Right now we just want to expand our team a bit.
In need of 2-3 quality, skillful, and serious web searchers for our ongoing long term campaigns. Assignments will vary time to time basis, and we will fix a budget before assigning any project to you. We pay handsome, so will be good for all. Freshers are welcome to place bids here to start their career on a high note. We are looking for long term association and for that we need quality work. Will hire multiple freelancers as multiple projects are in queue right now. Only capable serious persons are welcome here.
But we have certain strict rules to abide by so those who follow those strictly can only be hired unless not. To prove your searching skill and worthiness, there will be a small "TEST" - if you're not ready for a TEST then simply don't waste your bid here.
1. All communication will be done via Freelancer only.
2. Will pay via Freelancer only and the payment will be only after successful completion of the current assignment.
3. There won't be any Milestone at all to start with -- will assign you the task and once you finish and submit whole task will Hire you over Freelancer and pay you after Quality Checking.
4. We are a reputed Client, just new to this site, so don't need to prove anything about our authenticity - if you don't feel comfortable at our terms simply don't place your bid here.
Serious persons will be hired for long term collaboration as we have BIG Clientele to serve for.
