BigCommerce Template Customisation

I own a Bigcommerce store and need some little customisation after my new design launched.

I need to add 3 boxes to put image under my slideshow , you can see [url removed, login to view] for sample. The current contents are 'laptop from 249' , 'save up to 40%' ...

Next one I need to customise my menu tab , when I click to one of the button for example 'Shop By Category', the product list will pop out , with subcategory name also. For example , clicking 'Household Appliances' and all products will be shown. [url removed, login to view]

I get quotation from a web design company that they can have them done in $70 so I will expect the bidded price lower than this.

I need someone who familiar with Bigcommerce shopping cart. If we are happy for the collaboration and satisfied with your work I might give more jobs for another store.
