Breeding / Activity Roller Coder

Prehistoria ARPG is looking for a breeding and activity roller. The breeding roller would host 2 species (eventually more) and roll litters between 2 parents for players. The activity roller would roll a certain amount of items by rarity and would include modifiers. I already have website hosting and a domain ready to go. I also have examples to share.

(Not sure about budget range. I'll be willing to pay more than specified if we can get something up and going.)
