Job Description:
We are seeking native English speakers from the US, UK, and Australia to join our team as Call Center Data Collection Agents. As a Call Center Data Collection Agent, you will be responsible for engaging in natural conversations over the phone on a wide range of topics to help us collect diverse call centre data. You will play a crucial role in gathering audio recordings that will be used for sentiment analysis and behaviour identification purposes.
Responsibilities:
-Engage in natural conversations over the phone on various topics as instructed.
-Collect audio recordings from call center interactions following specific guidelines and requirements.
-Ensure high-quality audio recordings with clear speech and minimal background noise.
-Adhere to project specifications and guidelines provided by the project manager.
-Provide feedback and insights to improve data collection processes.
Requirements:
-Native English speaker from the US, UK, or Australia.
-Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
-Comfortable engaging in conversations on diverse topics.
-Ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
-Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet environment for making phone calls.
-Prior experience in call centre operations or data collection is a plus but not required.
-Availability to work remotely and flexible hours based on project needs.
