Position element in generated PDF file (c# .NET using itextsharp)

We have a C#.NET web application that builds PDF files using itextsharp. In the footer of each page we have a field where the user has to initial the form. Currently the initial field is positioned next to the line and we want it positioned above the line (see attached screenshot).
The current code that creates this initial field is:
Chunk initials = new Chunk([login to view URL], [login to view URL](12));
Chunk sertifiInitials = new Chunk("[[SertifiInitial_1]]", [login to view URL](12)); <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Phrase footerLeft = new Phrase();
[login to view URL](initials);
[login to view URL](sertifiInitials);
It needs to be replaced with something that can position the field correctly. The code you'll be working on builds a .dll file, I will provide the source code and FTP access to our development site.
