Retail and Restaurant Architectural Designer-Autocad and Revit

Our company is looking for an Retail and Restaurant Architectural designer for our client. Please read the requirements below BEFORE applying.
MUST speak, read and write well in English
MUST have strong Autocad experience in Retail Architecture. MUST be able to provide a FULL CD Set from an U.S. Retail project
MUST have REVIT Food Service/Restaurant experience. MUST be able to provide a FULL CD Set from an U.S. Food Service/Restaurant project
MUST have minimum 5+ years of architectural experience
MUST have an architectural degree
MUST have strong experience working on U.S. projects
MUST be professional and reliable
MUST be able to work some U.S. hours East Coast time zone
MUST be able to work some U.S. hours
A resume and portfolio are required. A portfolio showcasing the above experience is required. A full set of CD's of U.S. work will also be required for Retaila and Restaurant design for Autocad and Revit.
Hours per week: 20-40 hrs ongoing (uncertain and varies)
Rate per hour: $9.00-10.00
