have plans drafted and stamped

I am looking for a skilled professional who can help me with my project to have structural plans drafted and stamped. Must be licensed and certified in TEXAS and familiar with El Paso Municipal code and zoning laws. We are in R3 zoning. The structure is a metal carport that is currently non-compliant. We have already calculated the new dimensions that are needed to bring it into compliance and have attached a diagram of the new dimensions, as per our calculations.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations (As pertaining to El Paso, TX, R3 zone)
