I am in need of a professional to create a set of basic architectural plans for a 2 story 16'x36' shed with gable roof. No mechanical/electrical, no insulation, some windows, 1 or 2 doors to exterior. The foundation plan must include a P.E. stamp and be designed according to my chosen foundation type - round 16" concrete pier footings.
The plans should be primarily focused on obtaining a permit from the county building department. I already have a soils report available for reference.
