architectual drawings for dual occupany house

I need an architectural drawing (working drawings) for submission for building permit. The drawings have to be done according to Australian standards. I will supply scale drawings and detailed material specifications for you to incorporate including land survey in DWG format. I’d like separate set of drawing for each dwelling.

The drawings should include:

Site plan (Scale 1:200),

Floor plans (Scale 1:100),

Elevations (Scale 1:100),

Sections,

Roof plan to include:

- Ridge line

- Downpipes

- Gutters

Plumbing plan,

Electrical plan

Drainage plan according to planning permit requirements,

Windows and doors schedule
