Medical genetic writing - Research and summarize gene data - repost

I have some medical genetic texts written on genes and I would now like to add text in the same style for additional genes and polymorphisms.
I will supply the gene name, the mutation of interest and the rs number. I sometimes also have scientific paper links as well to use. I will also tell you the context in which the text needs to be written. So for example the context may be: Cardiovascular disease... so ignore all Oseoporosis risk info for this gene and focus on this alone, but write me a note what other risks can be associated with thsi gene.
You will have to use the information I give you as basis for your search. You should write up a short summary of 3-25 sentences in length (Section GENERAL), then 3 alternative texts of 3 to 10 sentences in length for every Genotype (Section "Genotxpe Specific information").. so one text for A/A, oner for A/G and one for G/G.... and then also a Literature summary in the style shown in the attached document.
I will have about 60 genes to handle in this way. If things go well, I will have plenty of follow up projects.
For this project you will:
1) Have to know what a genetic polymorphism is
2) Have to know what an Odds Ratio is
3) Have to know what PubMed is
4) Have to know the databases SNPedia and dbSNP and where to fid yout geotype requencies.
I will initially start the project for a few genes that I tell you.. I will then see how it goes and either continue or finish the project with good feedback.
