Looking for Expert and Creative video Animator in 2D or 3D

We want to make a, Explainer video with Two characters in each screen, The characters should be moving throughout the screen to explain the things into script professionally. The video is about 7 Mins and It will have a good Quality of voice over.

I need this whole 7 mins video to be complete within 5 straight days, not more than this will be Allowed, Everyday, I need proof of progress by sending me at least 1 min 30 seconds from the video script starting from day one 1 day 5. So we can finish the video on time. The video should be rich in animation and the characters should be talking and synced with the voice over.
