Just import the model, place it on the scene, and add a UI plane behind it with a video texture you want. If you are using an older version of Unity use a Model with a video texture. Unity does not support video textur Mer
i could create a desktop app and then render a vid from it. Not a complex job , i could deliver it within 12 hrs.
