We would like to own and further develop an Android (IOS is optional) mobile app which track the hours and locations of employees who work off site. Employees when starting a job would login to the app, select the job from a list of job orders and/or customer sites (or initialize to the previous job selected), add a comment if necessary, store the geolocation, add a picture of the site (if necessary), press start to register the start time, press stop to register the stop time, and make a comment if a manual correction is required, and press send to send the data to a company server. At the company, the administrator may download the entries, make manual corrections (with a timestamp, admin user id and written explanation). The server should confirm the reception of the entry by the field employee such that the employee can delete the entry if he/she sees fit. The field employee should have an option to email the selected entries to him/herself (default) or anyone else (such as the customer, the employer, etc). The administrator should be able to generate a written report for each employee, job order, time period, etc.
The main routine should be written in Python. The server database can by mySQL, MS-SQL or any other light DB. All source code and user rights will be transferred from the freelancer to the contractor
